• Director General, FIA / INTERPOL NCB Pakistan: Represented Pakistan internationally and served as Delegate for Asia on INTERPOL Executive Committee.
• Federal Secretary, Narcotics Control Division: Oversaw national narcotics-control policy and cooperation with domestic and international partners.
• Director, Centre for Governance Research and Founder/President, NIOC: Leads policy research and strategic responses to organized crime and security challenges.

• Provide strategic direction on CT systems, civilian law-enforcement coordination, terrorist finance disruption, and national CT architecture.
• Advise on alignment with Pakistani CT institutions, including NACTA, FIA, provincial police, CTDs, and federal-provincial coordination mechanisms.
• Support policy review and risk-informed approaches relevant to Balochistan, including Baloch militancy, mine/corridor security, and state CT response gaps.

• Founded Terrorist Finance Investigation Cell within SIG, supporting detection and disruption of terrorist funding networks.
