The Board of the Vienna NGO Committee on Drugs (VNGOC) have nominated Director CGR Tariq Khosa as the civil society panelist during this year’s thematic intersessional meeting of the Commission on Narcotic Drugs (CND) taking place on 19-21 October in Vienna. He will be speaking virtually on 19 October on the links between drug trafficking, corruption, and other forms of organized crime.

His co-panelists will be from Indonesia, Colombia, UK, and Canada.
